Dr. Kiamesha Bagley is a distinguished educator and instructional leader with over 23 years of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and technology integration. She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Reading.
Throughout her career, Dr. Bagley has served in key roles including Technology Integration Math Specialist, STEM Teacher Development Specialist, campus administrator, and RTI Teacher Development Specialist. In these roles, she has led impactful professional learning, advanced technology integration, secured multiple grants, and driven measurable improvements in science and mathematics across campuses identified for targeted support.
Her work has fostered strategic partnerships with institutions such as Rice University, Carnegie Mellon’s National Robotics Engineering Center, and Houston Community College. Recognized for her leadership and contributions to STEM education and teacher development. Dr. Bagley has received numerous honors, including Teacher of the Year, Outstanding Young Educator, and HAABSE Educator.
