About me
Connie Ann Roussel serves in a literacy and innovation role at Randolph Elementary School on Randolph Air Force Base in Texas. With a passion for combining creativity, literacy, and STEM, she supports students and teachers in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Connie began her career as a general education teacher, teaching in New York, Germany, and Texas. Four years ago, she transitioned into her current role, where she helps integrate innovation and hands-on learning into classrooms. Connie is dedicated to inspiring young learners and fostering a love of reading, exploration, and discovery.
