About me
Tiphany Burrell is a Houston-based development leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing education, equity, economic mobility, and community impact. She specializes in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and program sustainability, helping mission-driven organizations secure the resources needed to expand opportunity and drive long-term outcomes.
Throughout her career, Tiphany has led efforts that connect people, funding, and purpose, supporting hundreds of students, many of them first-generation, in accessing and persisting through college. Her work focuses on building pathways in education, STEM, and workforce development, ensuring young people are prepared not only to succeed academically but to thrive in their careers and achieve longterm economic stability.
Tiphany has held leadership roles across nonprofit organizations focused on hunger relief, youth development, and women’s empowerment, and also provides consulting support to organizations seeking to strengthen their development strategy and sustainability. Known for her ability to turn vision into action, she brings a relationship-centered approach to every partnership she builds.
She is deeply committed to the belief that when young women are given access, support, and opportunity, they do not just change their own lives, they transform families, communities, and futures.
I am passionate about expanding access to STEM, education, and economic mobility, especially for girls and first generation students. I focus on building strong partnerships and aligning resources to create real pathways from classroom to college and careers. If you are thinking about how to connect education to workforce, strengthen programs, or scale impact, I would love to connect.
